Frequently Asked Questions
Want to know if it’s time for your next checkup? Curious about whether or not we’ll accept your dental insurance? If so, then you’ve come to the right place! Below, you’ll find answers to many of the most common questions our patients ask us every day. If you have a question that we haven’t answered here, be sure to call and ask us! No question is too small, and we’ll make sure you completely understand your dental care whenever you come to see us.
How often should I go to the dentist?
According to Dr. Jordan Singer as well as the American Dental Association, everyone over the age of three should visit the dentist at least twice a year for a checkup and cleaning. This (in addition to a consistent home routine) is the best way to keep your smile looking great as well as prevent the most common dental problems from popping up.
What are your office hours?
We are open 8 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday.
Why do I need a dental cleaning and to brush my teeth every day?
While brushing (and flossing!) is great for cleaning your teeth, the truth of the matter is that your mouth has many hard to reach surfaces your brush simply can’t reach. These areas can accumulate plaque that eventually leads to cavities over time. With a dental cleaning, we’re able to target these trouble spots and make sure your smile is well protected year round.
What are my options for replacing missing teeth?
We have a variety of treatments that can reliably replace any number of missing teeth, including bridges, dentures, and dental implants. We can discuss which option is best for you after a consultation with Dr. Singer.
What is the best way to whiten my teeth?
While there are many whitening products currently on the market, by far the best way to dramatically and safely whiten your teeth is with a professional treatment from your dentist. We can provide you with a customized take-home kit that can whiten your smile up to eight shades in just two weeks or less!
What is causing my toothache?
There are tons of factors that can lead to dental pain, and some of them can be quite serious! If you’ve been dealing with a persistent toothache, be sure to contact us as soon as you can so we can take care of it before it gets worse!
Will you accept my dental insurance?
Yes, Premier Care Dental is happy to accept most dental insurance plans. We’ll even file the claim for you to make things nice and easy! To learn how we can use your plan to help you save, contact us today.
